Users must provide accurate information, protect their accounts and must not unlawfully act on behalf of another person.
The listing owner is responsible for the accuracy of vehicle details, price, description, photos, videos and contact information. AvtoKZ is not a party to the sale transaction between seller and buyer.
AvtoKZ may provide free and paid listing or promotion services. Current price, duration and conditions are shown when the service is ordered. Paid promotion does not guarantee a sale.
AvtoKZ may review, reject, suspend or remove false, unlawful, spam or rule-violating content.
This agreement may be updated as the service develops. A new version will be published when material changes are made.
